Dear Everybody,

I have some super exciting news for you! I was accepted into the missionary school of Leadership Urban and Ministry Development at YWAM London Radiant. This is the same place that I served at earlier this year, and I am doing this next missionary school in January. The heart of this training is to be trained and equipped for servant leadership.

This three-month program covers teachings including spiritual disciplines for leaders, time management, fundraising, personal ministry development, calling, purpose and vision, identity of a leader, conflict resolution, and other topics. There will also be opportunities for me to help the staff lead aspects of the Discipleship Training School, to develop ministries at YWAM, to share the gospel regularly, and to take part in the homeless ministry. This particular YWAM base also has a church plant in Camden. Camden is known for their music, as well as their community of New Agers and other occult practices. Plugging into this community and reaching out to those that do not know Jesus is something I am extremely excited about. I believe that this will be a time in learning to leadership skills and in how to better teach the next generation of believers. Learning how to disciple other people has been on my heart for many years.

As I continue in ministry, I would love it if you would join me in prayer as I prepare to serve. Pray that I would be bold in sharing the gospel, in leading others in ministry, and that I would grow even closer to God. Also pray for my team at YWAM—that we would set an example for others in our love for each other. Other prayers over basic needs (health, safety, finances etc.) would be super amazing as well! I truly believe that prayer is one of the most powerful tools and I can genuinely say it is one of the best ways you can help me in my ministry.

Another need for this ministry is financial. In in order to serve in this program the total comes to about $3,000 (or £2,400.) I would like to invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with me. This expense covers my accommodations, food, and materials. It does not include airfare to London, transportation for outreach, or International Health Insurance. Transportation to get to and from ministry by bus or train will be about $375 during the time I am there. I will estimate the total expense with flights, public transportation, and program fees to be about $4000.
